The datasets behind our tracker, reports and courses are licensable as structured data: summaries of the data protection statutes of 44 countries with laws in force, a 54-country map of regulators and enforcement practice, cross-border transfer rules verified against primary statute text, and a regulatory update feed released only after human review. Authenticated JSON, versioned, with every record carrying its source and verification date.
Structured summaries of every African data protection law in force: scope, obligations, DPO and registration duties, transfer rules, breach notification, penalties, authority. Written from the archived full texts, not from secondhand summaries.
One record per AU member state: law status, regulator, enforcement activity, where and in what form decisions publish. A state with no law or no publishing regulator is a data point in the record, not a gap in it.
Cross-border transfer mechanisms coded state by state: adequacy, safeguards, consent and other derogations, localization mandates, prior-authorization requirements. Each cell is read from the statute itself; where the text does not settle a point, the record says so rather than guessing.
One record per regulatory event, guidance, regulations, consultations, gazette notices, from our monitoring of regulators, gazettes and courts. Nothing enters the feed until a lawyer has reviewed it. Built for compliance platforms that need the law current without monitoring every regulator's website themselves.
Licenses are per organization. Each license carries its own API key, scoped to the datasets, and for the update feed, the jurisdictions, you pay for. Delivery is versioned JSON over HTTPS; documentation and the OpenAPI specification come with your key.
Every record carries its source documents, the date it was last verified and an explicit confidence status. Records that have not passed verification are not served.
